RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EMPLOYEES:
If an employee absconds from the company, strict action will be taken against the employee, applying if conditions :
1. There are some genuine cases, which company buys and councils employees without any action, taking into consideration all documents and proofs are genuine.
2. Higher authorities can ask any kind of proofs in order to scrutinize and study the innocence of the employee and then the decision will be taken accordingly.
3. If your act is perceived as bad attitudinal, depending upon conditions, company may take strict actions such as:
a. Putting your status as NEVER REHIRE
b. Blacklisting you from company, forums and societies
c. If the damage is substantial, companies may file court cases.
4. Compensation amount will be applicable to the employee as per the contract signed in such cases
